Land rover rims Q?

Post by RockyF75 »

Hey, just wanting to find out if land rover discovery rims have any sort of offset, for a wider track? I'm looking at buying a second hand set of alloys for a play set of tyres, and was hoping they might be offset a bit? could i be that lucky? :? They're for my rocky but have the same stud pattern.

I didn't think you could mod them. But for some reason I have in my mind that some rims where made with an offset... not sure which though F100 or Rover :?

And you can get new steelies for about 50ea neway i think.

EDIT: Failing that, how much could you sell 5 stock discovery alloy's for? Cause I'd just buy the set and keep the tyres, flog the rims. They are old skool style, not shiny Image

I WOULD have taken u up on that offer, but just looked and they 16" rims  , and i've got 15", so the tyres wont fit on my current rims... and if i buy new ones rims i want them with offset for offroad use so these tyres would be useless anyway  . Next time i'll read the add properly 1st

The add says they are off a disco, but they arent landy alloys, must be aftermarket. They look like 4 runner rims to me.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.
