I ordered a Powershot 2000 off you guys in January this year - just thought I’d let you know I’m very impressed. Excellent instructions, easy to fit, easy to tune and massive gains with tuning. The 4.2 liter 6 cylinder diesel now pumps 322bhp and more than 1100ft-lbs of torque at the rear wheels. It runs like a V8 and hasn't shown any signs of getting hot.
I've been raving about the kit on pirate4x4.com and giving people your URL - hope you get some business out of it.

That post was part of a testimonial by Colin Brewer on the PowerShot 2000 LPG kit he used to run on his turboed TD42. It dynoed at 322HP at the wheels with GT3540 turbo, intercooler and LPG kit. It was running 24psi before LPG injection, and he trimmed it back to 18-20psi to get that dyno reading.

I have to say I've been researching this a bit also - a couple of q's for anyone in the know:
- What parts of the system need to be legally AGA certified - if any?
I've been leaning more toward the ATS Torque Pro 2000 system (around $700USD), as I don't much like the idea of high pressure lines running around the place, I also prefer the idea of the ATS having a couple of safety mechanisms in place - being that it requires an amount of manifold boost before the fuel lock-out will open and it requires a certain amount of intake vacuum (>2" Hg) before it will start injecting gas.
Dieselgas.com.au list systems installed at $3500AU with a computer controlled reg based on signals fed from a boost and MAF sensor, however apart from the cost, I'm a little dubious as to the reliability of the control module - not that I'm suggesting it wouldn't work, but I'm thinking more in terms of future failures - very expensive to replace, and a single point of supply - if they are still in business in 5 years (this may be a pointless requirement as I may not be able to afford hydrocarbon based fuel in 5 years!

Gasresearch.com.au also offer a diesel LPG injection kit, which by it's nature would be AGA approved - it's highly adjustable, but there just seems to be so many components to it, with extra throttle linkages to connect to the variable regulator, a rack limiting device (not supplied), and half a dozen other major components. Compared to the simplicity of the ATS system, which is essentially "one piece" and contains the same basic components, it just seems like it might be overkill.
In terms of LPG / Autogas injection - I'm getting the impression that it has similar effect to water/methanol injection (which unfortunately doesn't work properly sub 15psi boost, which is not a level I'm prepared to operate the TD42 at) - in terms of fuel catalysation, lowering EGT's etc ...

2" Hg is very very little vaccuum (around -0.8 to -1.2 psi) - with a draw through filter there is very little doubt in my mind that would be enough vacuum between the compressor inlet and primary air filter to open the fuel lock off valve. The system is designed to work on diesel vehicles - primarily the Ford Powerstroke and Cummins 5.7T's ...with no or very little vaccum on a deisel i fail to see how that will work
I was refering more to the methanol component rather than the water component - the water provides a cooling effect - lowering EGT's while the methanol is an additional fuel source which is burnt for more power, it also has a catalyst effect enabling a "more complete burn".water injection and lpg injection work on different priciables. water injection is more for controlling burn where lpg is for makeing a more complete burn.
