. Got it back home and tried it later while sitting and it would go in but you had to force it and force it to get it out.Took the top cover off but cant see anything out of the ordinary. So does any one have any ideas, as we are stuck. cheers

A mate was driving along the other day and when he went to select 4th gear it would not go in at all, was working fine then nothing . Got it back home and tried it later while sitting and it would go in but you had to force it and force it to get it out.Took the top cover off but cant see anything out of the ordinary. they have locator pins in the top of the box maybe not slipping/running freely as it should did the prob hapen in 2nd also that would indicate tight pin thingo...lol
