Maruti engine, fuel to sump and back to fuel tank

Hi guys, has some fun tracking down a problem with the Maruti/Suze engine and couldn't trace it. We thought the employees had refuelled with a petrol can that had previously had sump oil in it, then we just thought the engine was clagged, well that was the next time :bad-words:

Mechanic was incredulous that fuel pump was US and petrol was going into the sump. :shock: Not only that, sump oil was being drawn back into the fuel pump and going back to the petrol tank through the return line. So, dirty petrol thinned sump oil, and motor now back to working condition! :lol:
