My new zook... ideahs?

Post by Red_Zook »

Hey guys
sold my old zook
time for a new one, or a project to be more procise!
it will defently be/have..
Lwb ute.. wt or nt!
no coiny pointers tray..
guard cut..
lots of bling and atleast 38's.
exo
double cardon shafts f&r

thinking
ca18det (out of my pulsar..) just over 200kw's. prob tone down by lowering boost so around 150kw's
gq diffs
overkill long arm coils
front mount out of pulsar  (now thats bling)
tube tube tube
and some other stuff

any one have some ideahs or pics i can start on
also this will be street driven (un-engenerd i think) so it must look road worthy!

yep but the zuks runnning those size tyres like redzook and Zook60 were engineered. A Zuk on 38s with GQ width will always stand out and will always attract attention so regardless of whether it looks to be in aroad worthy condition it won't be.

Can you get what you are proposing engineerd in Tas, if so then get it done so you are legal especially if you happen to have an accident because with an illegal car you will be screwed

Sounds like my Zook but my one runs 80s and 4 wheel steer.
Its got 38.5x14.5x15 tsls ,2.6 turbo auto twin lux t cases and it will be driven as my every day car.
If I know how to post some photos I would or if I can email them to some one to post for me let me now.
I have not worked on it for about 5 years but have planes to start back on it at the start of next year.
It might make you keen if you see it.

This sounds a lot like what i am proposing to do.

LWB suk cut down in to a ute, Gq diffs, 3 link front 4 link rear, v6 auto with sierra transfer case, exo'd, 35's to 38's ( dpends what i can get engineered ).

Just got to pull my finger out and sell the commodore ute and it will be all systems go.

Cant wait to see these photos, give me some encouragement.

Thanks zook60 for putting up the photos.
And thanks for all the cool coments.
The photos were taken about 1 year ago when I moved the car from my parents house were I had it stored for about 4 years as we sold our house and I had now were to build it.
I wish I could of finished it 5 years ago as it would of been a cool bit of gear back then but I think it is a bit out dated now as a comp rig so I will use it as a daily driver and build a new comp rig. That will be another zook.
Yes TOZOOK I have heaps of build photos but they are all on film not digital as they were taken 5/6 years ago.
When I rebuild it next year I might do a build up on it but I have 2 cars to build before it a Mustang and a LJ 80.
The LJ will be cool so I might do a build up on it, as it will have a heap of mods as well.
