i was wondering would it be possible to take the a arms and diff from a IFS sprung hilux or similar and bolt it onto my 1990 F300 rocky. i would like to do this as it would make my truck much more stable on sidlings etc
dont follow its going to hurt

Not without major modifications... You would be better off putting in a Solid axle from a Hilux.. the IFS is not worth modifying.
