Well there is a rig near me thats been for sale privately for donkey's years, it has an older warn highmount (late 80/early 90's) in what seems to be good nic on it, what do you rekon i should offer ot take said winch off his hands?

how much work is it to mod a low mount winchbar to a highmount?

worth a try, but if the car has been sitting forsale for ever, he is no rush to sell

usually cheaper to update to used bar... they come up for round $4-500.. you also have to hack the grill.

My bar has been modded to suit 2" lift so modding the bar would be preferd, Sometime in the future a Cheezy front bar will be added so the less i have to spend the better

whats he asking for the rig. why dont u make an offer on the whole thing like $1000 then take off the winch n sell the 4wd for 700.
