Can I fitt 36" to my MQ? I lifted my MQ by a SOA and it has a body lift of 2".
Patrol 2.8 '84, twin carburators, Z-car header, 280ZX cam, SPOA, ARB lockers f+r, Ramsey winch, 33" Maxxis Mudders and some rust....

G,day Mate ,
I have 35" bfg m/t s on my 83 mq lwb and the only mods i have done is fitted a 2" body lift ,
and they dont rub on anything ,
You Should have lots of room to fit them up ,, :cool:

we have a 2" b/l,2" susp and 33's that are no where near hitting.I'd say that with the spoa you'll have enough room for more rubber :cool:
sierra truggy,37 sticky treps,propane,6.5s and disconnect,lux diffs with spools,16" fox shox,hydro steer.

i got 2in body 2in spring and fit 35s without rubbing but will u have the ponys to turn 36's uphill

We fit 35x10.5s on my mates MQ with no lift, just trimed the guards, lowerd the bump stops a little and spaced the shocks a little.
They rubbed a little at flex, but hay it was stable :cool:

My L28 has 150 ponys, so it will do.

I got new 37 inch claws on 2 inch body lift and 2 inch spring lift - my SOa patrol ran 36's easy as, I was going to go 38's with guard trim.

Easy to fit them as long as they are not too wide, a Q78 swamper is perfect as thats what i was running, something like a 36 x 12.5" simex would have issues

I don't want to cut fenders cause I still drive it sometimes on the road and in Holland the Cops don't allow that. Thanks for the picture, I have an idea now.

ive got superswampers 36x13.5 on my mq, it has 2" body 2"spring and extanded shakles, id say it would be close to spoa! mine fit easy with no probs wat so ever. i think spoa gives at least 4 or 5 inches!

Ive got SOA with 35's and heaps of room. With a 2" body lift as well u should fit 38's i reckon ;)
06 Grand Vitara Prestige, 2" lift, Kumho A/Ts, ARB winch bar, snorkel, spotties. Also a Regal 2150 LSC Volva Penta 350 gsi duoprop, and a kayak ;-)

I just picked up a lwb with 3 inch and some long shackels in the front. 35's fit no dramas without chopping. I might grab a pic with the creepies on just for show and tell. I still dont reckon theyll fit
