I dont see the deal with ppl getting pissed off cause u have a toyo motor in a nissan. What a load of crap. Should chev owners get pissed when u put a 350 in your nissan??

Anyway how does it go? Hass a fair bit of power but does it have the torque down low?

No one makes adapters for the VH45 and I am not too keen to having to get one made up myself.

Looking for other ideas.

You don't need an adaptor if you run it with an auto!

I'm just starting a VH45 conversion. My GQ is auto so no dramas there. I'm going to remove the body, fit the motor then figure out the body. I don't want to shift things foward so I'll shift the body back. Engineer is happy with the concept. Also I sold my Turbo for more than it cost to buy a complete Q45 Infinity! You gotta love Jap imports!!!!!!!!!

the wireing of a 1uz is no more complex than any other injected motor. just alot more useless wires to sift thru

does look daunting tho

Marks are making a adapter for the VH45.

So it looks like the conversion to V8 is still on the cards.

I wouldnt mind the auto but I dont know how to adapt the transfer to it.
