I would advise against. I do not have a BL but i have spoken to TJ owners with 2 inch BL in theirs and say they dont really like it. Creaking noises and a lot more leverage on the chassis vs body. I wouldnt.

i have a one inch BL and thats as far as i would like.....

some have the 2" inch without problems others have notised stress lines in their TJ tub as it wants to now delaminate from the chassis......remember that the chassis is an old ladder frame construction and is flexable in its self....when the tubs fixed to it, it adds bracing.....the more you lift the tub from the chassis the more leverage there is when flexing to reduce the effects of the bracing.
i don't need no stinking quote for my sig. line!

I've run a 2" for 3+ years now without an issue. Having said that I wouldn't go any higher, if for no other reason than it'd be bloody ugly!
Apparently people think I'm too patronising (that means I treat them like they’re stupid).

I have a 2" - which has caused me no problems - but it's comming out soon as I have time.
I would NOT do a 3"

I wouldn't go for a 3" but if you need the clearance relocate the body mounts so they sit higher (cut & weld) do a search on pirate there are a few threads on this

take it out AJ and start some guar cutting we can play with shock mounts and bump stops so that you get less up travel than now but lots of down travel but losing no travel you can still run your 35s or maybe the first WA jeep on 38s you could by my 38s so I can get some 42s
