A/C Compressor with CT20 Turbo

Post by 93lux »

hi,

I bought a CT20 turbo(thanks to everyone who put there 2 cents worth in on my last thread) to fit on to my 3L motor. Bolted the 2LT manifold and turbo on only to find the turbo intake has dick all room to fit the intake boot on due to the genuine A/C compressor. Anyone had this problem? If so what did you do to rectify this?

Thanks

I have the big bracket that held on my air con with the turbo behind it on my 2LT.

If you PM me you can come around on the weekend and check it ou - buy it cheap if it will give you the room.

My dts kit has a cast tube for the inlet to fit behind the a/c compressor. Bit of a mongrel for good airflow, but it works.
