Lookes like normal beadlock from distance with ring making rim bigger so tyre can't escape but doesn't actually clamp the tyre.
Ring is connected (one peice or welded via some more plate pieces?) onto plate recessed in centre of rim that bolts on using the existing wheel nuts (don't know about thread length being sufficient?)
In effect all it does is expand the rim outer edge so the tyre can't roll over it.

When Karting we used to use these wheels. They were bead retained by using a series of bolts that came through to behind the tyre bead, so when cornering the bead couldn't lift out of the bead groove in the rim. The screw used had a rubber O-ring under the head to maintain an air seal.
Perhaps thats an option for a cheapie bead lock that would possibly be streetable.
I dont know why ppl care if there are legal why would you drive them on the road? When I get my rims done with offset and second air there not having A/T on them.

What the hell? I didn't know u could fit such tiny rims to a 4by4 monster?
I rather use Freeline rims. Joker , gokart rims.
