80 series gxl with 3f and gearbox h150f and 100 series v8 with gearbox h151f will the bellhousings interchange???

yes but the input shafts are different lengths

Everything swaps over....you can get the bell and shaft and bolt on....but you are best to buy a 2uzfe box from a 100, as it will have proper clutch fork, then you can run std 100 gear.
