Just get a front output flange and drill the holes in it. I say a front one as they have a larger dia then a rear one.

I have a front flange on my rear output which I have drill the 4 extra holes in so it will take either a cardinal jointed shaft or a standard shaft.

Yeah i got one of a old diff,I did find a place that does them thoe (dosn`t suit Double cardon end)0738489323 if anyone was interested
