gu 4.2 turbo boost question

i have a 2001 gu 4.2 litre turbo diesel with a 3 inch dump pipe and exhaust staight through . i want to know how people up the boost got 8 psi now want to adjust it to 10 psi . probably gonna get it done when its dyno tuned but am interested in how they do this ?

fit a ajustable boost bleed of valve in the hose between the waste gate servo and turbo housing then turn the screw out for more boost in for less. these valves are avialable from any performance parts store go for a manual one as their cheaper and more reliable than electronic ones

i grabbed mine on ebay for 20 bucs.
good idea to buy a boost gauge and mab a pyro too if you are planning to play with the fuel

they run the car on the dyno and tune your computer or engine management to 10psi or more then changeing the turbo settings through the standed boost controller with the turbo

thanks . i've got a boost gauge and getting a pyro just gonna up the boost a bit and then get it tuned on the dyno
