Reco injectors ... some dumb diesal noob questions

Post by Guy »

I want to get my injectors from a 2lt reconditioned, but as there does not seem to be a place locally that reco's injetcors I need to send mine away..as I cannot be without my vehicle for a week or more while they are in transit, I need to find a place that will either send me a reco set on an exchange basis (pay a core deposit that is refunded on return of my usable unit's) or I buy another set and get them done and pop em in and sell the others when I am finished..

questions are ... does anyone know of a place that will do them on an axchange basis ?
Is one brand of injector better than another ? (for a yota motor)

If I have to buy my own .. who is the best at recoing em (does not need to be local.. as it will cost me the same amount to send it 20 or 200Kms in the post )

We would be more than happy to help you out, yes we can send you a set, what we need is the pump number off your pump and or numbers stamped on your injector bodies if vissible. The pump number will be 096000-**** or 09*****-****, injector body numbers are a 4 digit stamped number, some are just printed on. Once we have these we can then confirm the correct nozzle and injector combination.

All our injectors have a 20,000km 12 month warranty using oem nozzles, in your case they would be Denso.

Call me if you wish, 03 9739 5031, ask for Andy
