its a peice of piss mate, i just cut the rear halvs of my front and rear guards to fit 36x12.5" peede's and all you need is a black texter, hammer, 4" grinder , tin snips a pair of multi grips and about 2 hours of your time.

here is a few pics of when i did mine

first fold the factory lip out so its flush with the guard then mark where you want your new guard to be and how big u want your lip and cut off excess metal with grinder

When you have done that cut the lip section every few inches with tin snips and fold the lip back so you have a spot to attach flare to.

the finished product with all the lip folded

and another one (dont mind my poor black texta marks)

Cut the lip off 1st leaving a bit of the radiuised edge on it. (This helps retain strength when welding it back on)

Then cut the amount you want out of the fender and weld the lip back on, or get a welder to do it if you cant.
Tack it on then stitch weld it in different sections at a time and cool each weld with a damp rag. This will virtually elimate warping

You will need to add a bit of length to the lip though because you will have made the arch bigger.

I had to do the exact same on the front of my Rodeo to fit 33's without rubbing and if you didn't know you would think it came like that from the factory. I am a welder too so that helped :D
