I got a new battery for my '89 Lux and my brother replaced some of the cables as they were a bit worse for wear, and now the parkers stay on constantly.
Not sure what he did as I wasn't there when he did it but need to know what it could be.
Any ideas?
Cheers.

A couple of the smaller cables to the battery, might have to get him to fix the bloody thing himselfausoops wrote:i think the problem might be with your brother...
but exactly which cables did he replace? the main cables to the bat or some smaller cables within the engine bay?

Cheers, I will check that when I am able too, I shouldn't let him near the keys of the thingv840 wrote:Inadvertently bypassed the switch and wired them straight to the battery maybe?
It might be worth following the cables he replaced and see if they go to the parkers.
