Well ***** it I have been busy working and haven't had time to come here much lately I am currently 180 miles from vegas and I saw a buggy on Interstate 62, thought to myself shit there may be a local crawl somewhere in the Yucca Valley, Morongo Valley area. Search the friggin net find out a comps in Vegas then look at the dates. The only weekend I am working here before I fly home is that weekend.

So close and yet so far, its friggin killing me, would luv to catch up with ruff, sam and adrian if they are all going to be there.

Well Hammers is less than 25 miles from where I am atm, 29 palms so that might be a go. I am required unfortunately over the 3rd to the 6th for a training committment there is no way to scam unless there is a late cancellation.

Yep we are all going to be there and we are all driving. How long you been over there? Are you working for our Boys? Whats been happening?

We will be arriving on the 1st and leaving the 12th. Straight after the event we head to Johnson Valley for a few days to wheel around the Hammers area.

I have been here for a little over a month and yeah working for our boys here, bit of a training exchange with the USMC. You may have seen the new Tanks that we are getting, I have around 70 people here training on them ATM with the same equipment to get an idea of what they are in for next year when they come on line. It just so happens that the most important component of the trip is on that weekend so its barring some extreme circumstance I won't make it to Vegas.

I have been since Townsville when I travelled down and saw the crew to Perth and then Darwin. I am back in Canberra next year so I may be present at more events and at least amongst the community so too speak. Looking forward to that aspect. Its a shit tin closer than Darwin or Perth.

So depending on how long you guys are at Johnson Valley for I may be able to make a trip up to catch up and see some action, now that would satisfy a long time itch.

Yeah I am good mate, the dragon and the chimps are good, nope not in Perth but Darwin moving to Canberra, this moving every 12 months to 2 years is giving me the shits but it pays the bills.

I am here for 6 weeks total so not a biggy, hopefully after Canberra maybe the US for 2 years if the planets, stars, my fingers align at the right time and considering I am missing one, guess I'm farked then. '

yep, i can't get mine to start at the moment either, i'm pretty sure it's just a blocked filter, could happen to any type of engine, i guess.

I haven't changed it since i got the buggy running last year.

I'm sure they'll get it going.

Hey Everyone

HOLY CRAP.......SIN CITY is bloody insane........

First things first,I have had to go and get another sim card with a USA phone number as the aussie one we brought with us is costing us a friggen fortune......We had something like $300 credit when we took off and within a day of being here we had no credit,as they are charging us something 35 cents to send and recieve SMS text and $3.50/min to send and recieve calls,so when tony rang us the other day for like 17 odd minutes it cost us heaps.....

So here is the new contact number (702) 321 6655 you guys will have to dial the 0011 1 thingy to dial outside aussie....


Now on to the good stuff, Vegas is insane.Bright lights all night and people every where....The biggest thing that has blown me away so far is POKIES every were,even in the airport as soon as you get off the plane....There are pokies in the 7 eleven servos as well....

The other really cool thing is the size of there trucks,they are bloody awesome.....No laws with tyre size and tyre coverage......

Went out to see the courses yesturday and they look even better in person in the pics posted earlier.....Little rich is bloody legend...

The hospitality that has been extended to us so far over here has totally been amazing.....

Big Rich and Howard from Rhino have totally opened the workshop for us all to make sure our rigs are ready to serve it up.....A huge thanks to all the guys from Rhino Buggies....

Anyway i'm just about out of credit for net access,So i would like to say a huge thanks to everyone that has said goodluck or rang/texted us,We will all do our best and hopefully bring the GOLD home and make the Yanks come over chase us next year.....
