Rear Foot step

Paul,
7 seat Disco's had a rear step which is on a pivoting arm that mounts to the chassis. It is raised after use by a gas strut , and you simply stand on it to lower.
I have a slightly bent one, inc mounts/strut, from a 97 Disco under my house if your interested ( for a slab of VIC :-) .
An option on Defender and Series station wagons was a simple fold up/down step that bolted to the rear chassis member. It would look a bit stupid on a Pajero though.
