yeh im thinking just grabbing the 150-160 psi ones. Pressure switch is the arb style from hobzee, on @ 70psi, off @ 100psi. I just figured there isnt a need to go any higher than 110, and if something did fail atleast i could possibly still use lockers at 110psi, but have no chance at 150/160psi...
thats all i was thinking.
iv got one of the 150psi ones on order i was checking to see what others have, as i havent paid anything yet.
the one i got is from pirtek, and its a 1/4" BSP 11 bar preset. Pretty sure 11 bar works out to be about 159psi or something, and then im not totally sure, but im pretty sure they work like the staun deflators, and ill be able to wind it out a little to adjust it. Pretty sure thats the way it will work,
11 bar is 161.7 psi.
1 bar = 14.7 psi or 1 atmosphere.
I guess you can work it out from there!
75 series ute. 8 inch lift, Drop shackles, Shock hoops, ladder bar, Ubolt flip, 3 inch wheel spacers, intercooled turbo, winch, twin detroits, 35" Mtr's, etc, etc.
yeh i rounded it to 14.5 for one bar. therefore 159.5 psi, but yeh close enough good enough, im pretty sure theyre adjustable anyways, so i should be able to wind it out and callobrate it somewhere near where i want it.
I bought a 1/4 adjustable relief valve from tradetools when I did mine. It was set at 150 or 160 from the factory, but it is juat a turn of the spanner/screwdriver to adjust. AFAIK all the standard ones are like this???
yeh pretty sure thats what i got coming, just checkign what else was out there. I had one ordered for 110psi, but they were waiting till they had $500 worth of orders then the shipping would be free. Trouble is the company they order off, thats all they order from them, relief valves and those little air blower things. Wouldve taken like 6 months to get it. This one i got coming should be adjustable,
