I have planned to do this also but it is on hold at the moment. A surf rear is the easiest option. You will need to replace your fuel tank with a surf or 4 runner tank also as the Hilux one will be in the way.
Its a relatively easy swap apparently but with all conversions I am sure it has it headaches.
