Leak In Cooling System?

On two occassions I've noticed a couple of drops of coolant sitting on the chassis rail in the engine bay next to the bottom of the radiator. Is there an easy way to locate the leak?

I've had the 2.8 TD for 6 weeks and decided to remove the radiator, clean it and flush the whole system. Does my motor have a drain plug in the block somewhere?
I've had a good look and the only thing that might look like a drain plug is the bolt below the welsh plug in this photo Image
