Bit high actually according to redbook....


GVM of GU is 3040kg (dry weight 2324)
Add 125 litres of fuel and driver and you have 2500kg + without passengers or cargo......

GVM of GQ LWB is 2800kg (2090 dry).


Shorty APPARENTLY only weighs 100kg less, which is clearly total bs.

Ive had a llok around but didnt find a definate answer for this. Did only the LWB get the EFI TB42?

Dont think so, but only GQII's did, and Shorties got chopped off after a year or so of GQII prodcution.

AusSpec SWB went to 95 I think. Apparently non where EFI. But I have seen some with all the stickers to make it look factory. Fact efi can be fitted though.

thanks for the replies. If EFI was available i may have considered that option, think i will just stick with diesel. Not many around at the moment.

When i was originally looking for a patrol i couldnt find an EFI swb. if i found one i would have bought it.
