will my rock lobster setup behind a vitara 1.6 threw 4.55s tur a set of 39.5x13 irocks
if not will my series 4 rock hoppers fit in to the second transfer and not be to low with 4.1s

I'm assuming you're running:

1.6 engine - Vitara auto - Sierra transfer - Hilux 4.55 ratios?

Personally would look at series 4's which are around 180%. Not only will your gearing be better but most likely stronger than a set of welded up rocklobster transfer gears. This way if you're gears are too low you can just play with diff ratios which are easy and cheap to source for Hilux diffs.

You might find that you'd get that chassis to work a little better with 37-38" tyres unless you plan on running chromo CV's and axles.
