tyre levers where to buy??

hey guys

have some 38 tsl swampers and i want to change them from the rims they are on to beadlock rims and have the levers there to fix when i get a flat or something goes wrong.

where do i look for some big tyre levers??

i have motorbike ones but on a 4wd tyre i think i would be kidding myeslf.

recently did something similar, used pinch bars from bunnings about $20 each i think, you'll never bend them, are cheaper than "proper" tyre levers and dual purpose.

Just watch the sharp ends on the beads, bit of care and mine went great guns! (Got the idea off the beadlock article on Pirate)

bursons auto parts have 24" levers for around $10 each,I fitted 40" ground hawgs to 15x10" rims without any trouble.just make sure you use some soap.

e.g beaurepairs, bridestone.

my old place sold 24" levers for about $25.00

Better still goto the tyre place with you tyres and they well change them for $10-15.
