Got this weird noise that came back,it sounds like its coming from the driverside engine bay but when i got it up on a hoist and ran it it came from the rear uni or slip joint so i pumpt grease in the slip joint and it went away but now its back
It does it at about 60-80K`s and still does it in neutral
I`ve taken the rear shaft off and took for a spin and its still there
Changed the tranfer over and its still there
Roughly checked the wheel bearings
It kind of sounds like a broken fan belt or speedo cable

you no what it Farking was,the corner peice on the window frame was missing and flaping on the roof in the wind
probably just a coincidence that the spline was dry when it was on the hoist
But it had everyone stuffed
