Most people I've spoken to recommend Genuine over Aftermarket.

Yep, I brought a set for the front but will be running genuine Nissan in rear. I know someone in the diff and gear trade and they reckon they are okay for my set up, but would only use genuine nissan gears for the rear.

I am waitin for delivery at th moment.

I'm running after-market 4.6's bought off G&J gears about 5 years ago.

aftermarket rear is still in perfect condition (had the diff out a in oct)

this is with turbo diesel and 36's

some people reckon after market aren't good, but i've never heard of anyone having a problem with them

The only real difference is the noise... thats why gear shops will recomend nissan gears in the rear so there quiet for highway driving :D

And yes ive got a set of the Italy made gears from G&J gears (the ones on ebay)

It's not Hobzee Bruce. Some other mob that just fired up and is selling them mega cheap, $210 for a set for the front, don't know why but they haven't put up rears except for GU's so far.

Hobzee off here does sell gears on ebay and is awesome to deal with in my experience, calls himself 4wdshop on ebay.

I sent a message to them asking about possibility of gears for H233b rear diff's and they said that these gears are only surplus stock items they have. They can source rear gears for the patrol small diffs but price will be $650 -700 odd.
