Theres a couple of factors here that arent being considered i think.

Tyre pressure
Hydraulics (for one of us anyway)
actual tyre diametre measurement rather than whats stamped on it.

Mines actually 530 at road pressure and the tyres measure just on 32".

Im still trying to add yours up Chad, if i put 39's on mine now in theory the chassis would be at about 600, but the front would scrub to the shithouse (almost touches the inner guard now with 33's on full stuff), if i lowered it another 2" it would tear the guard out :D Surely you must run with the hydraulics up a little when actually driving, although i think the 3 link flexes a bit better than the x link ;)

ok

Tyre presure 5psi
centre of Hub to ground 430mm
groung to chassis 550mm(840mm rams extended  )
body lift 50mm
motor lift 50mm
front diff location (I think 150mm forward)we may need to find a reference measument to see how far it is forward(body mount to diff or transfer mout to diff)

also i have cut away all the front bump stops and all the rear end restrictions the rear might be where i get the extra it sits low. the only way i can get away with it being so low is the Hydraulics, the rams are nearly allway run on the bottom until i get hung up then the fluid comes into play.
