need engineering

Post by Nelso »

They need to be engineered as you've moved the anchor point to a piece of suspension. Mind you if you need them it's because you have lifted it more than 2", so you need to engineer you vehicle anyway.

DOT wont approve any suspension modification willingly. Youd need to put a request to the QLD transport engineers who would then need to make a retrospective decision on drop boxes on the whole. They will say no of course as its easier to say no than investigate it.
