got a new o-ring kit in from arb, it came with a new slip housing (see pic on right). got me stuffed how its meant to fit. The sales guy said they redesigned it to eliminate assembly errors that caused air leaks.
How big a deal is the new design? I'm thinking of just using the new seals in the old slip housing. any thoughts?

i think, i say i think, the new one is retained by like a spring steel device where the old ones are held by alen key nuts. Thats what the diff guy said when we put the front and rear in cause he said that one of the diffs had the new design. Thats what i was told
Thanks, yeah I got a spring clip thing with it, Wasn't sure they gave me the right unit - but guess they have or maybe haven't? I'll hunt around for some fitting instructions / diagram on how it all goes back together.
(the arb tech guy wasn't around when I picked it up and no info came with it)
again thanks.
