A/c Compressor for air??

Does any no what is involved in using an a/c compressor to pump air for tyres and the like, i have a/c on my mq but it doesnt work and theres no roof so not really much point. The a/c compressor still works and i thought mayb it mite stil get sum use if i do it this way. Thanx in advance
