head bolt torque seqence, and valve clearance

hi all
just a question on the torque and seqence for the head bolts on the 300 tdi, ive pulled the head off because of a ceased and snapped glow plug, also thought well it gives me an excuse to do the head gasket, also the valve clearance when cold would be great, im gunna have to buy a manual soon i think, also the going price for a head gasket
