Here are a few pics of Pig. There are some old and some new.

I'll try and track some more in a minute and add them in. I'm sure I've got some better ones somewhere.

Cab is a bit on the stuffed side now and the tray has a few cracks and is pushed over to the drivers side about 2".
It was a heavy endo/ pirouette. It did a backflip off the hill and came down on the front left rather hard. They managed to self recover and finish the stage. Roof is pushed over a long way, front left corner is real messy. It got pulled out well enough to complete the rest of the day, but I believe that they will be putting a new cab on it.

hi all piglet here, yes it was an ugly roll,so far the
damage toll is..bent front diff housing, bent rear
housing,body a riteoff, tray reparable, broke a
thermo fan (it argued with the engine)& so did the
radiator hoses, its not locking into drive to easily
might be just the body moved.just hope chassis is straight
still finished all stages,& no D,N,F,s .got a 100pnt
penilty, for hiting a barbars pole,20pnt for rollin onto bunting
10pnt runin ova cable, witch pushed us back to 4th,
but came home 2nd outrite for the series..now have till march
to complete rebuild & new mods, its going to be an extra
cab this time.......PIGLET......

Piglet, Skidy and Wally (a few others have helped along the way) have done an unreal job. It's a little pocket rocket. The few drives I've had of it, it really gets up and motors.
PIglet and Skidy have been running it for years now. Last year we ran a round of the Genie Winch comp twice. Once with Pig and Skidy and then straight after them, Wally and I. It is a very capable machine.

nearly rite,it actualy went rite over backwards & the 1st
part to hit tera'firma was the front left hnd cnr of the
bonnet, pushing it down & the frontend back into the
engine, then floped onto the pasenger side.

scat mount on drivers side, used orig chasis mount
but cut a large V out of it,bent it & welded it back up.
but used the scat ruber mount..just bolt the mount to
the engine,& lower it in,you will see what i mean..
passenger side a little more tricky, got a pre fabd chassis
mount for a hilux/comodore conversion from MARKS
ADAPTORS & modified it slightly, then used the comodore
rubber mount,,,just start with the drivers side,& it will
all fall into place

i used a daihatsu rocky power steer box, has done the job
for 2 years now, & very little mods to install,i think it used
2 or 3 of the original bolt holes

Would the Rocky power steering box bolt up to the Scat (stock linkages and all)? Like if you would need it for a stock Scat...
AWD is a poor excuse for a 4WD.

not too sure about engine requirments,ie pullys/power
steer pumps ect on a scat..as i put in a commodor,
but the rocky power/steer box went into scat linkages
no probs,& only needed 2 new bolt holes (i think, been
a while)

@Piglet and Skiddy: i think it was the finest scat i have ever see.
I am building a Scat for extreme off-road too, for the competition here in Belgium and once a year somewhere in europe (this summer in Roemenië)
this one have a Rocky 2.8tdi engine and original 5-speed gearbox, with Scat F20 axles and 37" tyres, not so much modifications, but i had not so much time for building it, Next winter i have more time and than i started to build a new one with bigger engine and coil suspension and bigger axles and maybe bigger tyres (42")
Greetings from a supporter from Belgium
