Length of panhard in 2" spring lift in GQ???

Post by huntn »

Hi guys, i was wondering if someone can help me. I need someone with a 2" suspension lift with adjustable panhard rods, can u please measure the length of your front and rear panhard rods adjusted to the right position, go from centre of the bolt to centre of the bolt. Also can u please tell me the length of your steering arm, from centre of bolt to centre of bolt. Thank u very much. Cheers.

I'm not 100% sure of this, but I dont think you need to make any adjustments to the panhard rods with just a 2 inch lift.
And I dont think you would be wanting to shorten them at all :?

ill get the old tape mesure out mate. you need the length of the rod or from end to end including the sleve that holds the bushes.

yeah 2 inch doesnt need any adjustment and if it did you would have to lenghten the rods not shorten

he is droping from a 6" lift to a 2" so needs to either grab some OE ones or shorten his current ones, you got a PM mate with mesurements

Yeah thanks wrx, as you said I'm dropping from 6" to 2", so the rods are modified for 6" and i need to shorten them back to fit a 2" lift and just wanted to know the measurements from the centre of the bolt to the centre of the bolt, even of a standard length panhard would be good. Also i wanted to know if the steering arm needs to be shortened, looks like its also be lengthened. Thanks.
