an air compressor and rattle gun saves you a lot of time!
take your time on everything and double check all nuts on shockies etc ones finished.
and do some measurements of before and after and let us all know

Done various Vitara suspensions and never used or needed a spring compressor and they can be quite dangerous. Couple of decent axle stands, a trolley jack and some sockets and spanners should do it. The back end is real easy and takes no time but the front is a bit more mucking around but still nothing too bad.

Thanks for that sounds like a relatively easy process which is good. Its not a complete 'kit' as such more like a combo of parts, being Suzi Sport springs all round ($360), mx62 cressida rear shocks ($160) and flipped front strut mounts for the time being. I also have some coil spacers (15mm, 30mmm front, rear) if the lift is not the stated 50mm which suspect it isnt, So hopefuly all goes well and i can post some before/after pics.
