Would a 3Y powersteer pump go on a 2L engine?

Wether or not it will bolt up to the engie in the same mounts i do not know. How ever the pump itself will run the same pressure and speed so it will work ok if you can get it mounted and lines connected ok.

Sorry i missed this. Your right it wont work. The pumps are very different. The 3Y pump has the Res mounted to it and the 2L one has it external. The Brackets are also totaly different.

Cheers Ruff, I found that out today....$150 later :cry:

What would you suggest, trying to make up a bracket it somehow to fit it on or just get one that will bracket straight onto a 2L?

Is it worth the stuff around?
