bj42 rollbar

Post by red rattler »

hi all, i am looking at getting a rollbar for my bj42, 1982. the little truck and i have been on quite a few "interesting angles" i think it is a 4o series thing that they dont like having all wheels on the ground at the same time, lol. i am wanting to know if i should go 4 point roll bar or 6 point, and if anyone has tried the eureka twin hoop rollbar? any ideas and pics would be greatly appreciated, thanks
Chris

The Eureka one looks good but from what I have seen six point cages I think they are a bit of a over kill
I would recommend a six point if you can afford it, I will be replacing my four with a six after my recent misadventure :D

thanks for that, yea i would agree that a 6 point cage would be better, seeing that my shorty is now mainly used for 4 wheel driving. does anyone sell a six point cage or would i have to get one made up?
