well i get about 550km to 3/4 of the guage , meaning theres stilll 30 odd litres left, i i reckon 700km would b a fair guess.
this is on a stock standard 2.8td gq

90lt tank is the GQ standard.

I used to get about 12lt per hundred.

It got a bit better with a snorkel and 2.5in sports exhaust went to 11lt per hundred.

I drove it easy and never reved it over 3000 though.

I used to fill it when I did 600 kays.......cause I never wanted to suck crap from the bottom of the tank. Also empty deisel tanks heat up and get moisture in them so I always tried to keep it full.
