Hey guys,
just wondering if u have 2 book to get over to fraser on new yrs?
u dont have 2 book 4 the barge but do u have 2 book early for driving permits and camping permits or can u get them on the drive up???

We always pre-book and pay on the net before hand and pick it all up at Rainbow Beach......but not sure if you can do it on the day or not. I'd say if your just camping on the eastern beaches you will be fine.

And come say g'day if you see me about....I'll be there from the 27th Dec - 6th Jan in the 4Runner. :cool:

I know Dundaburra camping area is booked out, you may have a chance at Waddy camp ground, the Eastern beach should be ok cause I don't think they heve limited campers numbers yet. Finding a good spot on the beach could be another matter. First in best camp. :cool: :cool:

no you dont need to book but it is a first in best dressed situation and you will have to be lucky to get a good spot depending on what days you are up there

Are you going away over christmas not not,im going to moreton on boxing day in the boat for a week,meeting up with the rock hammer guys,then when the wife goes back to work on the 8th the kid and i are going to throw the swags on the ute and drive north,maybe 2 nights at cruiser,4 at fraser,then maybe head to curtis island,dont want to drive on the 33 all terains with those tyres cruiser is far to boring,just dont know how the creepys will hold up with lots of road travel.
