mazda 929 springs are 50mm with the same bushes as zook ones too, from memory 6" longer then stock rear. Mine have been drilled to move diff back 4" but stock i think they will keep the diff in the same spot as zook rears. They are quite flexy :)

maz 808 ones also i beleive.

Have a look in my members thread below link for the brackets i made to fit the cjs in. I have not fitted them up with the diff in as i want to get the full weight in and get it moving first before playing with too much.

i am going to get some custom one length fronts done for ruf once i get to this stage also.

I have both on my zook !!
808 on the front & 323 on the rear !!!
front(is Reverse Shackle) but moved shakle backwards !! (didnt extend chassis)

rear is standard mounts , with long shackles !!
moved centre pin hole back 30mm ! pin hole was to far forward , & on compression , tyre touched front edge of wheel arch !!

Maybe we could all get some lengths of all these springs eye to eye and centre pin?

929 are 1160mm eye to eye. And from front hanger to centre pin is 500mm and i have my rears redrilled at 620mm (centre pin).

I have these front and rear and I couldn't be happier with them for a leaf spring setup.

About 120mm hole to hole. The rear mount was moved about 100mm back too and the shackle sits on a 45 degree angle

the thing im trying to get is a spring i can use with a longer shackle and dont have to move any mounts. thus the reason i only want them about 50mm longer.

Im leaning towards springs from a datsun 1200 ute as they are only 60mm longer and are same width and if i put them in backwards it should move diff back 50 mm
will go measure up at the wreckers after xmas.

Depends on how many mods u want to do unless u want bolt on.

I have a set of CJs here and they are longer by about 4" and also flexy in a 5pak set.

In my members thread i have made a bracket to mount them up and tryed it out but not on road or with full weight yet. Basically copied off Gutless's one he trialled.

I'll post this in the for sale section soon - but i have a pair of cj5 springs for the rear that i'm going to sell. They're about 50mm longer than zook rears, and taller too - not sure how much taller tho.
Selling cause i dont have the time etc to put them on.
I'm in Sydney.
PM me if your interested.

I went searching at the wreckers today, nothing.. no springs 50mm wide.
I found feroza nt rears are 60mm wide and 46" long and at a rough look the centre pin is 22" back.
Both zook and feroza have 70mm front spring mounts so that shouldnt be a problem. Im thinking I might redrill the front hole 1" ? and use longer rear shackles. What do you think?
I have to do something my new ome rears leave the shackle straight up and down and when it flexes they invert, and the stock rears Im using up front must be 1/2" longer than the previous ones so the front shackles flip all the way forward at rest.

just go to a spring manufacturing place.

tell them what you want and they'll make them.

i've just done this, and they were $90 a main leaf, i only need the main leaves. custom lenght etc...

they had them for me within 10 days.

Yep should have got longer mains made
With the roza springs located on the axle the front was 2" longer and the rear was 4" longer. I was going to use the front mount and use longer shackles on the rear but with just 4" longer at the rear and 2" longer shackles it just folded flat on the chassis.
All the messing around I think I,ll just look into getting a longer main made up.
