If the relay is clicking the switch is working and it is getting power etc. Got a multimeter or test light?

have you double checked the connections are in the right place on the relay?

Are the lights earthed? Double check the wire between the relay and lights aswell as this would seem to be the only thing missing in my lack of electrical knowledge.

Sounds farked if it's clicking and you've looked over the wires some thing stupid but could be it if you can seperate the lense from the cover and see the wires are intact and the bulbs are in just something stupid i thought i'd throw out there and are the lights wired in sequence or parellel
plenty of parts on the bench
