I dont no about the petrol but on the diesal it sits of to the side between the altinator at the top and the original air conditioner compressor below you have to trim a small amount out of the inner guard acording to the guys from endless air I used their braket kit it mounted of the original brakets for the air conditioner do not by their mounting kit it was $250 or around there and was crap 2 small brakets and one belt which dosent fit on as there isnt enough adjustment for it to fit you have to force it on as the next size up belt wont tighten up enough but the compressor is a great unit ive had no problems and it will blow up a 35 bfg mud on the car that has had the valve removed then replaced up to 35 psi in 1 minute 15 the motor was running at 1200 rpm

If you have a body lift fitted to your car it can make fitting a compressor alot easier. Otherwize it is virtually impossible without one.
We fit a similar one here with an airtank, with which you can even run a rattle gun.
Sorry we don't have off the shelf brakets already made up.

Ive got one on a 4.2 diesel on LHS.
Previously I had one on a Petrol 4.2.
It was on gas with smaller round aircleaner.
I mounted above alt with bracket to thermostat housing and adj to alt bracket adjuster arm
