Im thinking of buying a suzuki and putting it under ??
any ideas or should i sell the diffs?

35's under a zook with transfer gears would need 4.88 or lower on the highway.

I'm Pretty Sure that the Rangie Diffs are the same as the 110 landrover diffs (could be wrong), but the army uses them and i recon they'd get a beating from those guys. The ratios are quite tall but strong as F@#K. And if he's already got the diffs then it's really one of the most economical options for him i would think.

Army rear diffs are salisbury types, look like a dana 60, a guy in brisbane built one i think, but he had not finished it the way he wanted.(suzi+rangie diffs)
I think you might have troubles with the width of the suzuki chassis compared to the rangie , the suzuki one gets very narrow at the front and widens at the body, where the rangie is fairly straight end to end, for the front arms , coils and pan rod you may have to customise, if you do give it the go ahead you may be in for more than you thought.
One option might be to bolt the leafs up to the rangie diffs, what brake booster you going to use ?(rangie is HUGE)
As far as i am aware you have 3 options for ratio's, 3.5,4.7 and after market 4.3 i think.
If my memory serves me correctly, rangie diffs are 7inches wider each side of a NT sierra diff
What wheel base are you thinking of running ?
Do you know how hard and costly it is to find rims for rangie diffs
you get more diff clearence from toyotas i think.

Yes the HD rear diff which is on the 110 is Dana 60 size but corse spline, and you would have to run 42's or bigger to get zook diff clearance.
Yes they are strong though.
Standard rangie rears and fronts arent that strong, with the 3.5 ratio there not bad, but because the pinion runs in the centre not high or low, this makes them weak with better ratio's.
CV's anre not too good , and I have seen inner axels twist the corse sline over and over.
Rob Barton, one of the guys we compete against at OZrock was allways busting some part of the front end, even with the 110b CV's
I just think MQ/Hilux options are better, stronger and better ratios.
