Well the 'deadline' for the prepay discount is 1 March, and with the forms not yet available it's not giving people much time :?

I wonder if the deadline will be moved, given that it was suggested the entry forms would be available late-January....

Entry forms are now available :D There was a couple of slight delays with some of the finer details. http://www.j74x4.com Go to the "entry details" section and you can get the form one of 2 ways from there. An online entry was considered, but a hard copy entry form is easier to track. If you have any problems getting the form, PM me and i will sort it for you.

as far as i am aware, the pre-pay discount has been extended, but by how far i'm not sure. Richard will be able to clarify it for you.

I'd like to apologise about the delay in getting the entry forms out, the prepay option has been extended until March 19th. Non club members can also attend, there is an extra fee of $30, this covers insurance and affiliation fees that are normally part of club membership, this also includes introductory membership to the On All 4's Club.

There will be meals available right across the weekend, the only thing that has to be prepaid is dinner.

All 10 events will cater for stock vehicles up to outlaw class, the friday night mud "enduro" will be the only invitational event, everything else is open to everyone.

There will be no powered camp sites available at J7, but if you want to camp across the road in the Ski Park you can book a powered site, but the cost is not included in your entry fee.

Gates open from 3pm to 9pm on Thursday, then they will be open from 7.30am daily for the remainder of the event, the action starts at 9.30am on Friday.

Entry forms are being mailed out to all clubs affiliated with 4WD NSW & ACT this week, you club secretary should have them next week.

If anyone has any further questions you can post them up here, send me a PM, or email info@j74x4.com
