I already asked this question but i didn't get a good responce, will the 5 speed bolt up to 1 ltr bellhousing? What mods need to be done?
Any help will be appreciated.
Also do you think extractors and a 2" exhaust with two hotdog mufflers would be heaps noisey? or will it be ok?
Mitch

5speed will not bolt up to early 1.o litre engine, not even close.
A 5 speed from a super carry can be coverted at great expense, I'm told.
5 speed may bolt up to some late model and/or Maruti 1.o litres, as they are
different in some way (only speculation, I have no idea)

A 4speed can be converted to a 5speed, but you need a 5speed to cannibalise. sum machining needed. Do a search on www.suzishop.com/forum you should find it there. But probably not Worth the cost. Better to do a 1.3 or 1.6 conversion. And for that talk to christover.
