re:tyre balance
I have my 37's balanced at a truck tyre place, but I don't know if 40's would fit their machine.
You could also try this stuff.

What's the difference between ignorance and apathy? I don't know and I don't care.

We can supply MAGNUM which a compound inserted inside the tyre that automatically balances them as you drive. If they are already fitted to rims you simply break a bead and pour it in, if they need to be fitted the tyre shop you use will simply add it when they fit the tyres.
What type of tyres are they and are the on beadlocked rims?
