Warn M12000 specs?

Post by 80rangie »

HI all, Friend of mime has an M12000 which he has pulled apart and cleaned/serviced. His problem no is he needs to find out the specs to reassemble the internal brake mechanism? He has the manuals but these are not in it. He has contacted Ateco but they can't/won't tell him. He has the technology to do the job but just needs the specs.Does antone have the answer?

Thanks Bogged. I think what he needs to know is how to put "No.13 the brake assembly" back together.

you're buggered. Warn seem to think its sme sort of black art and once the tension is released on the spring its a replacement job.
If you remove the brake on these you should cable tie the brake shoes together as it comes out to stop it unwinding.
