Get oziexplorer and then you can scan your own maps, or download digital maps.

My mio 168 is the same as your Navman Pin (I think) and oziexplorer is awesome.

Dowmload a demo version from their website.

The demo gives almost full functionality but only certain types of map image files will work and a popup saying demo version.

Have a play with the demo version, then pay for the full version and oziexplorerCE for your PIN.

Buy digital maps and load straight on, or scan your paper maps, calibrate, and load up. The beauty of scanning your own paper maps, is that all the notes you make on tracks on the map (as in "steep hill" or "big boghole") appear on your Navman.

You install ozi on your computer, and oziCE on your Navman. You can make tracks and download, as well as waypoints etc.

I've been running a Magellan Meridian for years and love it, but oziexplorer and rooftop maps are sensational. Only advantage to Meridian is "go to" index.
