Hi, to give the Xtreme Class a bit more chance to get them at the pointy end of the field I have relaxed the Electrical & Winch Rules. Changes are in red, need to be removed from your copy. Any question, please contact me.



5H. Electrical System (Para 5H2 - XO-N/A) REMOVE
H1. A mechanical battery isolation switch is to be fitted to the battery or batteries providing power to the competing vehicles electrics, this is to be placed within reach of driver and co-driver whilst secured in vehicle. (The winch circuit is exempted).

H2 Only one alternator and 2 batteries allowed. REMOVE

H2. External power sources/invertors are not allowed.



5I. Winch (Para 5I1 - XO-N/A)




I1. Minimum 8000lb recovery winch.

· Winch is to be electric, readily available to the general public and fitted to the front bullbar.

· Only one forward mounted winch.

· Electric winch motor to be the same voltage as the vehicle electric system. REMOVE

· Winch motor replacements are allowed, but must retain same voltage as vehicle electric system. REMOVE

· Reinforcing the rear of winch is allowed.

· Brake shaft (8274) is allowed to be drilled & have end cap fitted.

· Contactor packs allowed.
